In my last post I wrote about owning your discomfort rather than pretending to be fearless.
After writing it, I was reminded of a book I read over ten years ago that met me exactly where I was at the time.
Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers.
I don’t remember every detail. But I remember that it resonated deeply during a season when I needed it most. Sometimes that’s all a book needs to do.
It doesn’t promise to eliminate fear. It simply teaches you that fear is a normal part of growth — and that moving forward anyway is entirely possible.
If my last post spoke to you at all, I think this one might too.
