One gentle reminder I've been practicing lately:

Not everything is mine to fix, carry, or change.

The more I focus on what is within my control—my choices, my mindset, and how I show up—the more peaceful and grounded I feel.

It's a practice I return to often, especially when life feels overwhelming.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is letting go of what was never ours to control in the first place.
